What we collect when you reach out, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

When you submit our contact or evaluation form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, the pathway you're interested in (EB1A, EB2 NIW, O1A, etc.), and any background details you choose to share. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site, so we do not collect browsing behavior beyond what you submit to us.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our services fit your situation, and follow up about next steps. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that delivers form submissions to our inbox. Our free case evaluation tool is hosted separately at app.legalbridge.ai, operated by LegalBridge, which has its own privacy practices governing information you submit there directly. We encourage you to review their policy before using that tool.
We retain information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period for our records. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've shared with us by emailing mail@sparkin.io. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
